Aspire Capital sees change in shareholding structure

ArabFinanceAspire Capital Holding for Financial Investments (ASPI) announced that shareholder Waleed Mohamed Zaki Ibrahim has raised his stake in the company to 12.002% from 11.927%, according to a shareholding disclosure filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).

The shareholder sold 792,000 shares in the company at a total value of EGP 206,712, equivalent to an average price of EGP 0.261 per share.

Aspire Capital Holding, formerly known as Pioneers Holding Company for Financial Investment, is an Egypt-based company that operates in the financial services sector.
