ArabFinance: Qatar National Bank Alahli (QNB Al Ahli) (QNBA) will pay cash dividends worth EGP 0.75 per share to shareholders as of April 20th, according to a statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
Shareholders of record date on April 17th will be eligible to receive the dividends.
This comes as per the resolutions of the bank’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on March 28th.
It is worth noting that the bank’s consolidated net profit rose by 2% to EGP 7.627 billion in 2021 from EGP 7.492 billion in 2020.
QNB Alahli, formerly National Societe Generale Bank, is an Egypt-based bank that offers corporate and retail banking to corporate, and medium and small enterprises, as well as individuals.
The bank is organized into three business segments: retail banking, corporate and investment banking, and Tawazon Fund.
