Raya Contact Center’s Q1 consolidated profit soars 305.8% YoY

ArabFinanceRaya Contact Center (RACC) has recorded a 305.8% year-on-year (YoY) surge in consolidated net profit attributable to the parent company for the first quarter (Q1) of 2022, according to the consolidated financial statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on May 15th.

The company’s consolidated net profit attributable to the parent company has reached EGP 7.11 million in Q1 2022, growing from EGP 1.75 million in Q1 2021.

The company also generated consolidated revenues of EGP 252.17 million in the January-March period of 2022, compared to revenues of EGP 182.86 million in the same quarter of 2021.

At the level of standalone financial statement, Raya has turned to profitability in Q1 2022, with a net profit after tax of EGP 1.95 million, versus a loss of EGP 6.19 million in Q1 2021.

Raya Contact Center is an Egypt-based company, operating with outsourcing services as well as contact center, back office, inside sales, and professional services.
