Rowad buys EGP 13.7M additional stake in Lecico Egypt

Arab Finance: Rowad Tourism (Al Rowad) (ROTO) increased its stake in Lecico Egypt (LCSW) to 3.918% from 2.238% for EGP 13.755 million, according to a disclosure on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Tuesday.

The transaction was executed on 1.345 million shares at an average price of EGP 10.235 per share.

Lecico is an Egypt-based public shareholding company engaged in the manufacture of tiles and sanitary ware products. The company offers its products through three segments: sanitary ware products, ceramic tiles, and brassware.

Rowad is an Egypt-based public shareholding company that operates in the tourism industry.
