Delta Insurance’s standalone profit sinks 12.5% YoY in FY 2021/22

Arab Finance: Delta Insurance (DEIN) recorded a 12.5% year-on-year (YoY) decline in standalone net profit after tax during the fiscal year (FY) 2021/2022, recording EGP 122.83 million, according to financial statements filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Tuesday.

Revenue rose 17.9% YoY to EGP 868.667 million in the full year ended June 30th.

The company’s board of directors recommended the distribution of EGP 1.37 per share in cash dividends for FY 2021/2022.

Delta Insurance is engaged in the provision of life and non-life insurance and reinsurance services.

The company offers its services through two main segments: Corporate Solution Plans, Individual Protection Plans, and Aman El Safar Plan.
