Arab Finance: Egypt Aluminum Company (Egyptalum) (EGAL) announced the payment date of the EGP 4.5 per share cash dividend for fiscal year (FY) 2021/2022, according to a filing to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on November 3rd.

The dividends will be paid on November 24^th, with the eligibility in distribution for shareholders on the record date of November 21^st.

It is worth noting that the company’s net profit after tax amounted to EGP 2.501 billion in FY 2021/2022, compared to EGP 28.276 million in FY 2020/2021.

Egyptalum is the largest aluminum producer in Egypt and is one of the leading companies in Africa.
