Arab Finance: Egyptian Transport and Commercial Services Company (ETRS) (EGYtrans) recorded a 188.9% year-on-year (YoY) hike in consolidated profit after tax during the first nine months of 2022, according to financial indicators filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Wednesday.
The company’s consolidated profit after tax surged to EGP 30.805 million in nine months to September 30th from EGP 10.662 million a year earlier.
Revenue grew to EGP 292.412 million in January-September from EGP 200.643 million the year before.
Furthermore, standalone net profit after tax soared to EGP 38.843 million from January to the end of September from EGP 15.204 million in the same period last year.
EGYtrans is an Egypt-based company engaged in the international sea, air, and land transportation services.
The company offers a wide range of services such as import and export, general cargo handling, dry cargo handling, customs clearance, warehousing, packing, and specialized transportation.
