Raya Contact Center extends loan for Gulf CX

Arab Finance: The board of directors of Raya Contact Center (RACC) agreed to raise the value of the loan for Gulf Customer Experience (Gulf CX) to at least $3.5 million and extend its term, according to a statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on December 4th.

Accordingly, the loan is set to be fully settled in at least two years from the date of granting the loan.

The board has assigned the Managing Director to sign all the related contracts and documents that would be subject the approval of the ordinary general meeting (OGM).
