2 investors raise stakes in Sabaa to 0.22% & 35.32%

Arab Finance: Sabaa International Company for Pharmaceutical and Chemical (SIPC) said the investor Alsayed Abd Elnaby Mohamed Albeyali sold 555500 shares in the company to Ibrahim Basuoni Metwally Nawar and Sahl Morsy Mohamed Al-Damrawy Sahl Morsy Mohamed Al-Damrawy.

Alsayed Abd Elnaby has reduced his stake to 23.43%, while Ibrahim Basuoni has increased it to 0.22% and Al-Damrawy will be 35.32%.

Ibrahim Basuoni purchased 55500 shares for LE185370, while Sahl Morsy purchased 500000 shares for LE1670000.

Alsayed Abd Elnaby sold the shares in a deal worth LE 1855370 at an average price of LE3.34 per share, Sabaa released in statement sent to EGX.
