Investor cuts stake in El Wadi for Touristic Investment to 39.7%

Arab Finance: El Wadi Co. For Touristic Investment (ELWA) said the investor Tarek Ahmed Abbas Nadeem sold 500,000 shares.

The ratio of Nadeem’ stake after deal execution will be 39.70%.

Nadeem sold the shares in a deal worth LE6,250,000 at an average price of LE12.5 per share, El Wadi Co. For Touristic Investment released in statement sent to EGX.
