Arab Finance: The Listing Committee held on 02/03/2016 decided to publish disclosure report of Arabian Food Industries Company Domty (DOMT).

Domty will list 122,500,000 stocks in EGX, representing 49% from total company’s shares, over 2 phases; the first will be in initial public offering amounting to 12,250,000 shares representing 4.9% from total company’s shares.

The second phase will be in private offering amounting to 110,250,000 representing 44.1% from total company’s shares at LE11.38 per share.
