March 26: Cairo Pharmaceuticals to approve budget of FY16/17

Arab Finance: Cairo Pharmaceuticals (CPCI) called ordinary and extra- ordinary general assemblies to be convened on 26/03/2016.

OGM will approve estimated budget of 2016/2017.

Moreover, EGM will approve decision to continue company’s activity for 25 years, according to article number 5 from articles of incorporation, starting from 20/07/2016.
