Arab Finance: Ferchem Misr Co. for Fertilizers & Chemicals (FERC) decided to increase issued capital from LE30 million to LE35.1 million with increase amounting to LE5.1 million.

The capital hike will be distributed over 2.550 million shares (17 free stocks for every existing 100 held) at a nominal value of LE2 per share.

The capital increase will be funded profits of the year as well as delayed profits.

The capital increase will be through 0.17 free stock for every existing one held before increasing capital to shareholder as of record on 19/10/2016, and will be distributed on 20/10/2016.
