Al Ahly Capital raises stake in Misr Cement worth LE62m

Arab Finance: Misr Cement (Qena) (MCQE) said Al Ahly Capital holding purchased 751,440 shares.

Al Ahly Capital’ stake after deal execution has become 13.73% of the company’s capital.

Egyptian Federation purchased the shares in a deal worth LE61,99,200 at an average price of LE82.5 per share.
