Arab Moltaka cancels expansion in healthcare field

Arab Finance: Arab Moltaka Investments Co (AMIA) announced Board of Directors was convened on November 8.

The company's BoD approved the standalone financial results ending September 2016.

Moreover, the BoD canceled the decision made on August 22, 2016, regarding contribute in a new company to operate medical laboratories depending on the latest technology, in co-operation with German specialized company, as the company failed to reach a final agreement with the technical partner.
