March 30: Vertika OGM to discuss financial results

ArabFinance: Vertika (VERT) declared in a statement sent to EGX, it called the ordinary general assembly to be convened on March 30.

The OGM will discuss the financial results for the fiscal period ending December 2016.

It is worth mentioning, the company stated in the Board report that it won't distribute profits for the fiscal year ending December 2016.
