Investor cuts his stake in El-Ahram for Printing to 8.65%

ArabFinance: El Ahram Co. for Printing and Packing (EPPK) said Hani Uthman Hussin El-Henawy sold 265,000 shares from its shares.

El-Henawy stake after deal execution has become 8.65% of the company’s capital from 11.84%.

It is worth to mention the deal amount is LE1,291,409 at an average price of LE4.87 per share.
