EGX says Al-Tawfeek Leasing's offering oversubscribed 40.16 times

ArabFinance: Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX) announced on December 21, 2017, Al Tawfeek Leasing Company - A.T.LEASE (ATLC) subscription has been covered 40.16 times.

The final price that has been determined is LE6.60 per share, the EGX said, adding, the last date to record first tranche's (public offering) orders on December 24, 2017.

It is worth to mention, brokerage companies shall deposit 25% of the required shares' value and amend recorded orders in the subordinated market.
