Arab Moltaqa cuts its stake in Al Tawfeek to 68%

ArabFinance: Al Tawfeek Leasing Company - A.T.LEASE (ATLC) said Arab Moltaqa Investment Company (AMIA) sold 17,279,900 shares from its shares.

Arab Moltaqa stake after deal execution has become 68.399% of the company’s capital from 89.9995%.

It is worth to mention the deal amount is LE114,047,340 at an average price of LE6.60 per share.
