March 23: Gharbia Islamic Housing to review dividends

ArabFinance: Gharbia Islamic Housing Development (GIHD) declared in a statement sent to EGX, it called for the ordinary and extraordinary general assemblies meetings to be held on March 23.

The OGM will discuss the financial results for the fiscal period ending December 31, 2018, as well as the profit distribution suggestion for the same fiscal period.

The EGM will review amending articles No. 21 & 23 of articles of association.
