FRA approves Ascom's capital hike to EGP 550M

ArabFinance: The Financial Regulatory Authority approved increasing Asek Company for Mining – Ascom’s (ASCM) issued capital EGP 80 million from EGP 470 million to EGP 550 million, according to a bourse filing Wednesday.
The capital hike will be through subscribing 8 million shares at EGP 10 per share, without issuance costs.
