IncoLEASE posts EGP 107M in FY18

ArabFinance: International Company for Leasing (IncoLEASE) (ICLE) mandated the financial results of the fiscal year ended December 31, 2018, that showed net profits of EGP 107 million, as per a bourse filing Thursday.

Convened on March 26, the ordinary general meeting (OGM) approved the board’s proposal regarding distributing profits attributable to shareholders at EGP 50 million.

The distributions will be paid over two installments: EGP 20 million (40%) no later than June 30, 2019; and EGP 30 million (60%) no later than September 30, 2019.
