ArabFinance: Medical Packaging Company (MEPA) reported a 21% Year on Year decline in its net profit in 2020, according to the company’s March 3rd financial statements filed to the Egyptian Exchange.
Net profit stood at EGP 4,406,392 in 2020, compared to EGP 5,549,826 achieved a year earlier.
The company announced that Moustafa Abdel Hameed reduced his stake in the company by selling 7.003 million shares at EGP 7.239 million.
Medical Packaging is an Egypt-based public shareholding company engaged in the manufacturing of medical and pharmaceutical packaging products. The company focuses on the operations and establishment of a factory for the production of glass containers for the purpose of medical, pharmacy, laboratories, cosmetics, and perfumes.
