Medical Packaging reports 43% YoY profit hike in Q1

Arab Finance: Medical Packaging Company (MEPA) has posted a 42.75% year-on-year (YoY) profit increase during the first quarter (Q1) of 2022, recording EGP 3.586 million, according to financial statements filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on May 30th.

Sales rose to EGP 14.881 million in Q1 2022 from EGP 12.029 million in Q1 2021.

Medical Packaging is an Egypt-based public shareholding company engaged in the manufacturing of medical and pharmaceutical packaging products.

The company focuses on the operations and establishment of a factory for the production of glass containers for the purpose of medical, pharmacy, laboratories, cosmetics, and perfumes.
