Themar seeks to increase capital to EGP 100M in 3 years

Arab Finance: The Egyptian Arabian Company for Securities and Bonds Brokerage (Themar) is planning to raise its capital to EGP 100 million within three years, as per a statement.

The company aims to increase its capital to cover buying on margin operations.

It plans to hold extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on January 21st to discuss rasing the capital to EGP 72 million from EGP 66 million.

Themar operates a range of investment activities that include sale and purchase of securities, as well as the provision of financial advice, e-trading, ownership transfer, training sessions, and financial advisory services.
