Arab Finance: The Egyptian Arabian Company for Securities and Bonds Brokerage (Themar) announced increasing its issued capital to EGP 80 million from EGP 72 million, according to a bourse statement.
Themar will raise its capital by EGP 8 million distributed over 10 million shares, with a nominal value of EGP 0.80 per share.
Moreover, the company decided to distribute bonus shares at a rate of 0.111 shares for every original share before the transaction.
It will be disbursed to the holder and purchaser of the share until the end of the trading session on January 11th, 2026.
In the first nine months of 2025, the company reported 23.7% year-on-year (YoY) lower net profits after tax worth EGP 16.776 million, compared to EGP 21.988 million.
