Arab Finance: Wadi Kom Ombo for Land Reclamation Company will distribute 0.5-for-1 bonus shares on November 4, according to a bourse filing.
The bonus shares are entitled to shareholders on a record date of November 3.
This comes as per the ordinary general meeting (OGM) dated February 12, under which shareholders agreed to increase the company's issued capital to EGP 42 million from EGP 28 million by an amount of EGP 14 million to be distributed over 2.800 million shares.
Established in 1904, Wadi Kom Ombo is a pioneer company in the field of reclamation and reconstruction work in Egypt.
The company's activities are focused on land reclamation and reconstruction, general contracting, the establishment of canals and drainage systems, and the development of wastewater treatment plants, in addition to the construction of bridges and tunnels.
