Arab Finance: The Egyptian Exchange’s (EGX) Listing Committee has approved listing the increases in issued and paid-up capital of the Egyptian Arabian Company for Securities and Bonds Brokerage (Themar), the EGX announced on August 23rd.
Accordingly, the company’s issued and paid-up capital shall increase from EGP 60 billion to EGP 66 billion via issuing 7.5 million bonus shares at a par value of EGP 0.80 per share.
Eligibility in the distribution of the 0.1-for-1 bonus shares will be for shareholders until the end of the August 23rd trading session.
The company’s shares will be listed after the capital increase on the EGX’s database, with a reference price for its shares, as of August 24th.
