Raya Holding’s subsidiary closes EGP 1.146B securitized bond issuance

Arab Finance: Aman Securitization, a subsidiary of Raya Holding, has wrapped up its third securitized bond issuance worth EGP 1.146 billion via Aman Financial services and Aman Consumer Finance, as per a filing on January 2nd.

The offering consists of four tranches with different maturities, ranging from short to medium-term.

CI Capital and Al Ahly Pharos served as the co-lead arrangers and lead coordinators for the transaction, while Zaki Hashem & Partners (ZH&P) was the legal auditor and advisor.

United for Auditing, Taxation, Advisory and Financial Services (UHY-Egypt) acted as the independent financial auditor.

The issuance’s credit ratings were received from the Middle East Ratings and Investor Services (MERIS).

The National Bank of Egypt (NBE) and the African International Bank (AAIB) were the lead underwriters and investors, while the NBE served as the recipient bank and custodian for the issuance.
