Philip Morris Misr hikes cigarette prices

Arab Finance: Philip Morris Misr has raised the prices of its products in the local market, Asharq Business reported on February 11th.

The price of a pack of Merit cigarettes rose by EGP 11 or 15% to EGP 79, while the price of an L&M pack hiked by EGP 9 to EGP 59.

Meanwhile, the price of Marlboro and Marlboro Crafted cigarettes increased to EGP 79 and EGP 69 per pack, respectively.

The price of heated tobacco packages HEETS and TEREA will be EGP 64, seeing an increase of about 14%.
