DAL Developments launches 1st project in Egypt

Arab Finance: The Real estate developer DAL Developments will launch its first project in Egypt, Five-Fifty-Five, by early March, as per an emailed press release.

Located in Sheikh Zayed, the project spans around 20,000 square meters.

Five-Fifty-Five is a multi-purpose project, targeting contractual sales of EGP 2 billion.

The company is planning to launch several real estate projects, ranging between residential, commercial, administrative, and medical, including six projects in West Cairo.
