Arab Finance: The second edition of The Address Property Show by the Egyptian premier real estate consultancy firm Address Investments is set to take place at the Egypt International Exhibition Center from May 8^th to May 11^th, as per an emailed press release.

This edition successfully attracts Egypt’s top-tier property developers, such as The MarQ Communities, Ora, SODIC, and Hyde Park, among others

It is worth noting that the first edition of the event welcomed thousands of visitors in four days, generating sales of more than EGP 4 billion.

“Following the tremendous success of our first edition, we are excited to present the second edition this year, aiming to deliver a unique and seamless experience for our attendees through collaboration with top real estate developers,” Mustafa Badr, The Address Investments CEO, commented.

Badr noted that his firm holds a significant market share, collaborating with over 100 developers, and representing some of the most esteemed names in the Egyptian market.

Operating in the Egyptian market for nine years, The Address Investments has over 2000 skilled sales consultants specializing in the real estate investment sector.

In 2023, the company generated EGP 77 billion, assisting developers across various projects.
