Arab Finance: Egyptian Transport and Commercial Services Company (Egytrans) reported an 152.4% year-on-year (YoY) increase in its consolidated net profits after tax and non-controlling interests during 2022, according to the firm’s financial statements sent to the bourse on February 28th.

The company’s consolidated net profits attributable to the holding company totaled EGP 46.121 million last year, compared to EGP 18.273 million in 2021.

Consolidated revenues hit EGP 400.103 million last year, up from EGP 293.515 million a year earlier.

Moreover, the firm’s standalone net profits after tax hit EGP 40.413 million in 2022, up from EGP 18.537 million in 2021.

Meanwhile, Egytrans’ board of directors has approved the distribution of cash dividends worth EGP 0.10 per share to shareholders for last year's profits on April 30^th.
