Orascom Development sells EGP 332M commercial building to Seoudi Supermarket

Arab Finance: Orascom Development Egypt (ODE) has sold a commercial building in O West to Seoudi Supermarket for EGP 332 million, as per a disclosure.

This transaction marks the integration of the first supermarket into the O West development.

The addition of Seoudi Supermarket aims to enhance the residential and visitor experience within O West, reflecting the project’s commitment to creating a vibrant and self-sufficient community.
