SODIC reports EGP 48.4B sales in 2025

Arab Finance: Real estate developer  Sixth of October Development and Investment Company (SODIC) reported total contracted sales of EGP 48.4 billion in 2025, alongside a 77% year-on-year (YoY) increase in net profit after tax, as per an emailed press release.

The company recorded operating revenues of EGP 21.26 billion, marking a 118% annual increase.

Gross profit rose to EGP 7.63 billion, up 41%, with a margin of 36%, while operating profit reached EGP 5.55 billion, reflecting a 68% increase and a margin of 26%.

Net profit after taxes and non-controlling interests stood at EGP 4.49 billion, with a margin of 21%, highlighting sustained profitability and efficiency.

Operationally, the company reported total unit sales exceeding 18,000 units, with more than 14,000 units delivered during the year.

It also maintained a strong delivery track record, completing approximately 91% of units ahead of schedule, signaling robust execution capabilities.

As part of its expansion strategy, SODIC added around 1,500 feddans to its land portfolio, equivalent to roughly 6.3 million square meters.

This includes 1,000 feddans in West Cairo through a partnership with Rula Farms and 500 feddans in East Cairo in collaboration with MIDAR within the Mada project, strengthening its pipeline for future developments.
