Egypt inaugurates Africa Food Manufacturing Exhibition

Arab Finance: Egyptian Minister of Finance and Trade Ahmed Samir has inaugurated the 11th edition of the Africa Food Manufacturing Exhibition, as well as ProPak MENA 2023 for food processing and packaging, at the Egypt International Exhibition Center (EIEC), according to a statement on May 28th.

The exhibitions were kicked off on May 28th and will last until May 30th, with the participation of over 300 companies from 33 countries. Egyptian companies make up 25% of the participants.

The event aims to organize several workshops to connect experts in the food and beverage manufacturing industry, in addition to hosting purchasers from the Middle East and Africa (MEA) to lure further trade and investment opportunities for participants.

The exhibitions are expected to host around 9,000 experts in the food and beverage sector.
