Arab Developers Holding turns profitable in Q1 2026

Arab Finance: Arab Developers Holding turned profitable at EGP 29.105 million in the first quarter (Q1) of 2026, compared with consolidated net losses attributable to shareholders worth EGP 28.921 million in Q1 2025, according to the financial results.

Earnings per share (EPS) hit EGP 0.002 at the end of March 2026, versus a loss per share of EGP 0.004 a year earlier.

Revenues declined to EGP 179.810 million in Q1 2026 from EGP 266.603 million in Q1 2025.

As for standalone business, the company shifted to net profits of EGP 81.428 million in the first three months of 2026, versus losses valued at EGP 5.058 million in the year-ago period.

Non-consolidated EPS reached EGP 0.0062 when compared to a loss per share of EGP 0.0007.

In 2025, the group’s consolidated profits rose by 4.79% year-on-year (YoY) to EGP 96.907 million from EGP 92.474 million.
