El-Sisi ratifies increase to EBRD’s technical assistance grant for Cairo Metro line 1

Arab Finance: The Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi has issued a resolution approving increasing the technical assistance grant funded by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) for upgrading Cairo Metro line 1 by €351,000, as per a statement.

This brings the total funding to €3.356 million.

It is worthy to mention that the parliament approved the above resolution earlier in April.
