Eagle Hills, Hassan Allam Construction ink EGP1.97B contract for Soul Luxury Beach Resort’s phase 1A

Arab Finance: UAE-based Eagle Hills Properties has signed an EGP 1.970 billion contract with Hassan Allam Construction for the execution of parcels 1 and 2, Views - Island, in phase 1A of Soul Luxury Beach Resort project in the North Coast, as per an emailed press release.

The construction of the parcels is expected to be completed within 960 days.

The resort spans a 580-acre land plot, with over 1.5-kilometer beachfront extending over an area of 300,000 square meters.
