Arab Finance: Bonyan for Development and Trade has submitted the required documents to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) to list its capital-increase shares, according to a bourse filing.
The company plans to raise its issued and paid-up capital to EGP 1.875 billion from EGP 1.704 billion by EGP 170.440 million through the issuance of 170.440 million shares at a nominal value of EGP 1 per share.
The capital hike will be financed through retained earnings and profits for the financial year ended December 31st, 2025, as reflected in the company's audited financial statements.
The submitted documents are currently being studied, examined, and completed for presentation to the EGX's Listing Committee.
It is noteworthy that Bonyan delivered strong results in 2025, backed by a 20.2% year-on-year (YoY) growth in rental revenues, which hit EGP 752 million.
