Arab Finance: Prices for basic commodities and vegetables varied on Tuesday, October 27, according to data from the Information and Decision Support Center (IDSC).
A kilogram of packaged rice went up by 0.8% daily to EGP 35.1, whereas the price of packaged flour retreated by 2.2% to EGP 27 per kilogram.
The price of packaged sugar dropped by 2.8% to EGP 33.9 per kilogram, while packaged pasta fell by 2.3% to EGP 32.8 per kilogram. Sunflower oil declined by 2.1% to EGP 103.8 per kilogram.
As for the vegetables, the price of tomatoes climbed by 2.9% to EGP 23.8 per kilogram, while the price of onions inched down by 0.3% to EGP 19.1 per kilogram.
