Arab Finance: London-based Innovo Group has appointed Mostafa El Kady as CEO and Managing Director of Innovo Egypt effective November 2026, as the group seeks to expand its presence in the Egyptian real estate market, as per a press release.
El Kady brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate development, having previously served as CEO of Emaar Misr for Development from 2019 to 2026.
During his tenure at Emaar Misr, he oversaw the expansion of the company's project portfolio and improvements in operational efficiency, with a focus on construction execution and meeting delivery schedules. He also contributed to developing the hospitality and commercial real estate segments as recurring revenue sources.
In his new position, El Kady will oversee Innovo's strategy and operations in Egypt, including expanding its project portfolio, developing partnerships with real estate developers and other stakeholders, and identifying investment opportunities.
His responsibilities will also include ensuring that projects meet established timelines and quality standards as the company pursues further growth in the Egyptian market.
Innovo Group said the appointment reflects its confidence in El Kady's leadership experience and strategic expertise, which it expects to support its regional and international expansion plans, particularly in Egypt.
The group also aims to strengthen its local presence through integrated real estate developments that meet the expectations of customers and business partners.
Commenting on his appointment, El Kady described Egypt as a central market in Innovo Group's growth strategy, citing opportunities arising from increasing demand for integrated, mixed-use developments.
He emphasized that the company's commitment to customers extends beyond completing and handing over projects to maintaining and continuously improving residential communities in line with residents' evolving needs.
El Kady also highlighted innovation as a core element of the company's operations, covering the entire project lifecycle, from planning and construction to long-term management and development.
He added that his priorities would include building on the group's existing achievements, fulfilling commitments to customers and partners, and contributing to Egypt's urban development objectives.
