Kuwait Real Estate Investment consortium sells EGP 97.5M stake in Ceramica Remas

Arab Finance: Kuwait Real Estate Investment Consortium has reduced its stake in Ceramica Remas to 14.96% from 21.04% through a share sale worth EGP 97.48 million, as per a disclosure.

The shareholder sold approximately 65.5 million shares during the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) trading session on September 14.

The transaction was executed at an average price of EGP 1.4883 per share.

EFG Hermes International Securities Brokerage acted as the broker for the transaction.
