Triangle Energy International cuts stake in Raya Holding

Arab Finance: Triangle Energy International Limited sold 1 million shares in Raya Holding for Financial Investments for a total amount of EGP 6.252 million, according to a bourse filing.

The company reduced its stake in Raya Holding to 5.33% from 5.36%.

Al Ahly Pharos for Securities Brokerage implemented the transaction on September 28 at an average price of EGP 6.25 per share.

Raya Holding announced plans to invest up to $60 million toward a proposed acquisition of a data center facility in Egypt.
