Raya Holding inks 3 MOUs to expand cloud, cybersecurity services

Arab Finance: Raya Holding for Financial Investments has signed three memoranda of understanding (MoUs) on the sidelines of Cairo ICT 2026, as per a disclosure.

The first MoU was signed with EgyHosting to explore cooperation in cloud services, jointly develop solutions, and exchange business opportunities as well as technical operational expertise.

The second MoU, inked with AGX Consultant Studio, will see cooperation under the Cypber Plus program and Raya Cloud Stars initiative on cloud computing, virtual hosting, and selected cybersecurity cloud computing, alongside technical mentoring and advisory services for eligible startups.

Meanwhile, the third MoU was signed between Nutanix, Raya Integration (RI), and Raya Data Center (RDC) to mull over potential cloud-related opportunities in Egypt, with a focus on serving the public, enterprise, and commercial sectors.

This agreement establishes principles for cooperation during the pre-sales process, from opportunity identification and development to proposal preparation and negotiations. It builds on existing partnerships and contractual arrangements under the Nutanix Elevate Partner Program, allowing the parties to further develop their collaboration and pursue joint business opportunities.

Raya linked the signings to Raya Information Technology’s strategy to broaden its business portfolio, establish specialized artificial intelligence (AI) and cybersecurity entities, and expand its data center and managed services capabilities. The strategy also builds on its existing expertise in banking technology and systems integration.
