Valu opens new branch in Jordan to expand BNPL footprint

Arab Finance: U Consumer Finance (Valu) has expanded its footprint in Jordan with the opening of a new branch at Sweifieh Village, according to an emailed press release.

The launch aligns with the company’s strategy to broaden customer access to its Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) services across the Kingdom.

The new branch supports Valu Jordan's expansion plans and strengthens its omnichannel approach by combining digital financial services with a physical presence in key commercial locations.

Meanwhile, the company aims to make its flexible payment solutions more accessible while enhancing the overall customer experience.

To mark the launch, Valu Jordan is offering JOD 20 cashback to customers who activate new accounts during August 5-15, 2026.

Located in Sweifieh Village, the branch complements Valu's existing locations at King Hussein Business Park and Taj Mall.

Commenting on the opening, Mohammad Al-Yousef, CEO of Valu Jordan, said: “As we continue to expand our network of partnerships and broaden access to our services, we remain focused on shaping a more flexible financial model that supports everyday life while addressing future needs, in line with our vision for sustainable growth in the Jordanian market.”

The new branch marks the latest step in Valu Jordan's expansion since launching operations in the Kingdom in May 2026, following final approval from the Central Bank of Jordan and the completion of all regulatory and operational requirements.
