ArabFinance: Wadi Kom Ombo Land Reclamation (WKOL) paid EGP 78 million in pending taxes and social insurance debts, according to an October 22nd disclosure to the Egyptian Exchange.
The company will hold a public auction on November 11th to sell some scrap products.
Wadi Kom Ombo posted a net profit of EGP 23,400,695 in the fiscal year 2019/2020, a 20% decrease from EGP 29,339,274 achieved a year earlier.
The Egypt-based company is involved in land reclamation, real estate development, and general contracting services, such activities as sale and purchase of land for building and agriculture, and operates it for its own account and third parties.
