Cabinet extends Sunday remote work throughout July 2026

Arab Finance: The Egyptian Cabinet, headed by Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly, approved extending the remote work system on Sundays throughout July 2026, as per a statement.

This marks the fourth consecutive month of applying the work-from-home policy, which was first introduced last April as part of a government energy-saving plan to optimize consumption amid a surge in global oil prices resulting from the Israel-Iran war.
