Arab Finance: CI Capital has concluded an EGP 3.177 billion securitized bond issuance for Corplease, according to an emailed press release.
The issuance comprises four tranches, the first of which is worth EGP 392 million, with a tenor of 13 months and a rating of AA+.
Meanwhile, the second tranche is valued at EGP 1.196 billion with a tenor of 37 months and an AA rating, and the EGP 1.308 billion third tranche carries a tenor of 52 months and received a rating of A.
The fourth tranche is worth EGP 281 million, with a tenor of 65 months and a rating of A.
CI Capital, Ahly Pharos, and Commercial International Bank Egypt served as financial advisers, issuance managers, and lead arrangers for the issuance.
Baker Tilly was the issuance’s financial auditor, while Zaki Hashem & Partners acted as legal advisor.
