Sky Innovo advances Park St. edition project in New Cairo

Arab Finance: Sky Innovo Developments reported steady progress on construction work at its Park St. Edition project, as the company moves forward with an integrated real estate development focused on sustainability and quality of life in New Cairo, as per a press release.
Located at the entrance to New Cairo, the project is designed to be fully connected to its surrounding urban environment, combining residential, commercial, and lifestyle elements in a single development rather than operating as a standalone destination.
The concept aims to integrate living, working, and leisure within a comprehensive urban system.
Park St. Edition places a strong emphasis on health and well-being, with expansive green areas, walking and jogging tracks, yoga and meditation spaces, and dedicated fitness facilities.
These features are intended to make physical activity and wellness part of everyday life for residents and users of the development.
Sustainability is a central component of the project’s design, with plans to rely on renewable energy sources, high-efficiency lighting systems, energy-saving appliances, and integrated waste management solutions.
The development spans 24,329 square meters, with a built-up area of around 103,000 square meters, combining residential and commercial units.
Total investments in the project are estimated at nearly EGP 16.05 billion.
